- Device logs (a guide on how to get the logs can be found HERE) unable to locate SWGOH logs
- Any additional details: half way through phase 1 the app dropped out and upon restarting event tickets we’re gone. Other battles after this were completed without issue however this is the second time this has happened for a loss of 30 tickets so far, for no result. Both times I was on a reliable home wifi connection. Other aspects of the game have not been affected by the error.
