  • Ally code: 521-613-381
  • Platform: Android - Honor 10 
  • Date and time of the crash: 9:40(GMT+1) October 13 - 2021 
  • Device logs: Did not found file for this date ,unfortunately.
  • Any additional details: (I mention another user because it was the same for me) Happened when trying to load tier 5 of the JMK event. Game froze on the loading screen. I could used my phone for anything else just SWGOH was frozen on load. I lost the 70 light side tickets I spent to launch the game. I also tried it on both my phone data and WiFi but the game remained froze until I force closed it. It has not happened with any other function of the game but the JMK event
