@EA_HighCommand Happened to me twice in the last 36 hours. Both in tier 1 of the JMK event. 30 tickets lost. It just crashed and restarted the game. 544-233-943 GMT (England, London) iOS , second time just happened 16:30pm. 16th Oct.
