  • Ally code: 227-165-554
  • Platform: Android 11, Samsung A52
  • Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 24/10/2021 0717HRS, and 0720HRS EST
  • Any additional details: The bug happened when I was loading Tier 1 of the JMK event. It is the first time that it has crashed for me on my device. The game crashed while the first cutscene was being shown. After the first crash, I restarted the app and restarted my phone, and tried the game again. Only for it to crash again. I have wasted 30 Light side tokens and I hope you can compensate the character shards as we all know the event is not hard to pass.

    @EA_HighCommand  I just tried to play the first tier of the event and again it crashed. Please do let me know what I should do as it has been 3 for 3. Should I just stop trying to get JMK completely? Or continue wasting my energy on tickets for no reason at all.
