Jedi Master Kenobi event crash report investigation (log request)

platform: iPad os  (iPad pro, 2021 M1 chip) latest ios release as of today

time: 3 times, 45 tickets lost. approx 10pm EST latest 

bug: immediately booted out of app during first kenobi ticket battle. When I reopen the app the battle is gone and I lost tickets, again. The only think I have been ticketed out in apps in the last few months has been gl kenobi events so there is no way it is related to my connection.

This is my first message to EA despite playing this game from close to the beginning. This is clearly a known issue and still has not been fixed.mi have lost 45 tickets, which is annoying.please send some compensation and please fix this issue.

replicating the problem would just require playing the game on iPad os., in my experience one out of every three of four ticket matches fails.
