  • Ally code: 335-579-763
  • Platform: iOS 
  • Date and time of the crash (please add your time zone!): 1/05/2022 (12pm EST) and 1/04/2022 (6pm EST)
  • Device logs:
    there were no device logs for the Heroes app.
  • Any additional details:
    I was able to finish the first three runs of Kenobi GL tier 1 and then yesterday the app crashed right after the cinematic entry.  The second time it crashed after the fourth round of attack.  Both times I lost all the event tokens.  Any advice on how to proceed.  My plan is to restart the device and then try again.
