I'm missing 30 shards from tier 1. I've restarted and reinstalled the app and done all the other steps suggested. Hurry up and fix this.

While attempting Tier 1 of the event, my game would freeze and crash. It usually happened when GG was counter attacking. it happened 3 times to me, wasted 45 event tickets.
