This pack can't be obtained from Russia. If you are in Russia, I recommend trying to use a VPN. But unfortunately, not all of them work as they should. To avoid a ban, I can't tell you the name of the VPN, so try several. Me and the guys from my guild managed to get this pack.

So,they allowed people from Russian region play the game,but not allowing get a free pack?But problem is what people not from Russia can't get this pack either.So maybe it is not a regional issue,man.
