Jkl leadership broken

After today's update jkl lead doesn't grant the ability heroes arise to other jedi (non old republic jedi).

Thanks for the report. I can see you've joined in this bug report on it also where EA_Gunner responded and shared the issue should be fixed with the last hotfix.
