JKR LSB purchase didn’t go through

Hello.  I purchased the JKR LSB from the web store on 11/5 and it errored out.  I tried buying again today and now I’m getting a message that states “Purchase in progress” with the option to  Keep waiting or cancel purchase.  Please advise or resolve. Thanks!
