JMK- CAT force leap combo not working

Summarize your bug I was versing a GL Leia team in Grand Arena with JMK, CAT, and General Kenobi. I used Hello There on CAT to get her to use Force Leap, but it stayed on 8 cooldown when it was her turn. Same thing happened in Squad Arena against a GL Leia team. Tried in Cantina Battle and the combo worked like it should. Also tried against a SLKR team in Squad Arena and ability combo worked fine too. It's just been against GL Leia from what I've noticed and I don't see anything in GL Leia's description that would prevent the cooldown. First time I'm noticing this issue.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try a JMK team against GL Leia, use Hello There on CAT, see if Force Leap is cooled down to use immediately.
