I keep clicking battle on journey guide and I have all requirements and it’s for the r2d2 and It doesn’t work I tried updating and the methods everyone saying and nothing works it’s frustrating cuz I need to complete it for challenges
I think your right and that’s so frustrating because I have quests on the journey guide I need to do🙄
One of the community managers has posted on a very similar thread stating that the issue is currently being investigated and to wait.

Same issue here, Journey Guide not working, green button for battle does the sound, and that's it. Tried everything, but nothing works.

Having the same issue. Can't even go back a redo completed battles. Requirements met, battle button is green but when I click it it just beeps. EA help in the game is no help
I am facing a similar issue, met the requirements for several but when I click on the battle botton after the continue journey message it doesnt work...

Also having the same issue with Heroes Journey. Tried restarting and reinstalling but neither fixed the issue.
I'm having the same issue, EA help is trying to advise me on how to fix it but I only get solutions for crashes, which isn't what's happening.
What level are you? I'm having a similar issue with my alt. It's level 80 and I don't have the issues with my main which is above 4m GP. I'm wondering if it's level related and we somehow got a "must be level 85 to complete them" bug. My only reasoning for that is that some journey's require level 85.
i’ve seen stuff saying it was a server issue and to post about it here, so let me know if you find anything that works cause i’m also bugged lol
