Journey Guides not giving the full amount of shards

I started Padmé Amidala's journey guide ages ago (maybe years) and only finished it recently but I couldn't 7 star the character, I have no clue why I'm 25 shards short.

Undermine and 10 battle feat.
Undermine isn't counting like other players. But also, I have all the tiers beat. Her win 10 battle feat should be done by now. I was lucky that I got one more today.
