Keep getting error code 9.0

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Mobile
OS Version 15.3

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Any time I try to purchase something from the store I get the error code 9.0 warning. It started yesterday. My connection is fine.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try purchasing something from the store.
Connection Type Mobile
Please select your region North America
Country United States

As stated in the bug report.  Error code 9.0 when I try to buy something from the store. 100% occurrence.

    Hey @Strebacca ,

    there was an Issue in the past with error code 9.0.

     

    The following helped to resolve the issue for the affected players from over a year ago:

    1. make sure your account is connected to Google Play or Game Center

    2. uninstall

    3. make sure you have a strong WiFi

    4. reinstall (SWGoH will try to download all assets, don’t interrupt it!)

     

    A fresh installation often fixes temporary technical issues.

     

    There is also the possibility that your account is underage. Are you able to enter the guild chat?

    If your account is connected to Google Play or Game Center it is safe.

    Go to “Settings” and then click on “Connect” to see your options.

    Please also write down your Player ID and Ally-code in case that you have to contact Customer Support for account recovery.
