Kessel Run.

Im having issues with not being able to claim anything in the kessel run event. I an on mobile ( no pc available)  and cant claim anything. Why is this ?  I have restarted phone ,switched to desktop veiw, updated google app, had game open while on web store and nothing works. Is it me or is others having this issue?
