Kessel run rewards

Is anyone else not able to get the kessel run rewards on iOS? I get the notification that I have rewards available but when I try to collect it just takes me to a screen that has your privacy choices and how do I claim my purchase small print with no option to move on to my rewards. It’s been 4 days now without being able to collect anything and all EA help has said is that I should post it in the forum.
