Kit Fisto doesn’t gain TM through Basic

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Kit Fisto's basic states that it has a 50% chance to grant him 15% Turn Meter, yet every time I've used him (which is a lot) l've never seen any TM gain.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just using Kit Fisto by himself and watching the TM bar whenever he attacks is all, another demonstration would be Kit lead with Shaak, Hermit Yoda, Ezra, and Jolee and only use their assists on Kit to see no matter what he doesn’t gain TM.

Kit Fisto will never gain TM through his basic no matter how many times it’s used. I know it’s only 50% chance but I can’t be THAT unlucky.
