Jocasta is bugged to where she can use 'It's Up to You Now' immediately prior to reaching 0% health and kills the entire team. The Knightfall event is therefore un-beatable and I cannot get rewards for the event.

2 months ago I used rifle first turn in the raid (thought what? Why can I use this) and it just froze everything and bugged out completely.
It was reported back then, guess CG have had bigger fish to fry with whale-only-i-seum :(

Same here. This event has been broken since day 1. She gets to immediately annihilate your team and it does not matter how much effort or time you spent wasted on trying to beat the thing. It takes an extremely long time to clear each wave and it has nothing to do with how geared up or what relic your characters are. It's impossibly hard even at the lowest tiers and JoCasta is broken when you get to her.
Same! I just finished leveling the last 2 troopers to Relic 9 today just for this event, screwed on every attempt. This is ridiculous, she’s been bugged like this for a long time. Fix this or please give us rewards and simming ability. I just wasted a ton of relic materials to find out this event in unbeatable!!!
you clearly stated it is not the intention for us to have to spend more time in game, but now we’re doing 5 events in a day, plus coliseum, plus tb and conquest. At the same time. If your guild has a raid going on, 🤦♂️ even more time. Please help us out here.
