Krayt Dragon Special Mission on Tatooine not returning swallowed allies

This happens 99% of the time still.   I’ve only been able to defeat the dragon once and my guild does this TB all the time.   My Bo Karan is R8 and I normally use a R7 BAM and r7 Paz with Omni or R7 IG-12.   I hit it with the spear thingy right after the swallow and nothing.   I spent so much time getting my light side Mandalorians relic’d and this really gets to me.
