Krayt not returning swallowed toon when you harpoon (tatooine special mission)

Used Bo, BAM, IG12. Krayt swallowed IG then immediately took another turn. I used the harpoon and removed the stacks but IG was not spit back out. Same sequence of events as in this video. Unclear if...

Strange no one else has reported this but it just happened to me. Did anyone figure out why or is this just something CG just ignored..?

This has happened to me on my last 3 attempts. If it is RNG, I am sure not playing the lottery any time soon. There has to be a way to mitigate this, no?
