Kyrotech ascension pack

Hello friends. 

I tried buying a kyro ascension pack but got denied, the message is "Pending Transaction we are currently processing a Transaction try again, later" 

The thing is, this message has been showing for the last 4 days, tried buying a Kyro pack (not sure of the name but its the one where you choose 3 options) but the message kept appearing up until today. 

Could you help me solving this issue?
