Please do not disconnect your internet connection or use flight mode for the battles.
Your response is not very helpful. I have gone through the steps to diagnose my device. Reboots, wifi reset, etc all done. The internet is stable, no aeroplane mode used, etc. All other game modes work fine, only the fleet arena has a glitch, as I have already explained yesterday. It's not a random glitch as is referenced in your generic response, the game loses action buttons always after the same game event. I have just done a battle today, the same situation repeated again exactly as before.
Event: Enemy Leviathan uses ultimate ability in a mirror match
Result: all bottom row action buttons disappear and timer runs out in the battle but nothing happens. No action is possible until game is force closed
I would appreciate some proactive activity to resolve this, not some copy-paste auto-responder. It's the least you can do for the time I put in to help you resolve buggy software in your game by providing detailed feedback. I'm not even asking compensation crystals for not being able to climb on fleet arena. Just fix the problem in the game or tell me what steps to take.
- @EA_Gunner adding to this again in an attempt to help you solve the issue. I have now tested this on a different device. The same error repeats exactly as described in my original post.
Not sure if it's due to an update or something else, but recently the error causing the buttons to disappear has not appeared over the last few days. I've made no changes to my device recently. As far as I'm concerned, this bug report is closed.
This just started happening for me again this week. 3 different days during fleet arena.
- @EA_Gunner This has nothing to do with disconnecting and everything to do with the enemy using their ultimate. Please look into this. Starting to lose a great number of crystals with this problem.
