Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play fleet battle using Leviathan, call interceptor as 2nd reiforcement (should have 50 stacks), see that there are other choices besides basic. Also if you put it on auto the ship will use a special ability instead of basic

The mechanics for the unique ability for Leviathan indicates it should force Mk6 Interceptor to use its basic when over 40 stacks of Devouring Swarm. However this is not the case in gameplay.
See the mechanics, note effects titled "hiddenability_capitalleviathan_supremacy_force_basic_CE" 
My initial assumption is that the final effect is not triggering because the tag "sithsupremacy_reinforce_basic_marker" is not applied by any other game effect that I can find.
This is working as intended for multiple reasons the team encountered during testing.
