We identified a new blocker and are investigating it now.
The sender left the guild before you were able to get the stuff, and this prevents you from buying the same bundles now.
Follow up: The bundles reappeared in my store and I was given the option to "Remove Pending Purchase" but not actually purchase the bundles, and it removed the bundle from my store, the finalizer one to be specific. I also had this option on the shadows of the empire bundle which I have not purchased but would like to. I did not select the remove pending purchase option for fear that it would disappear as well but I still cannot purchase it.

It sounds like a bug. I'm monitoring this space for updates: Dev Announcements and News. Just today, this update came from CG_Tusken_Meathead on the Light Speed Bundle purchase issues following the Hotfix 2/26, confirming the teams looking into it:

One thing we've noticed is if you opened up a LSB and then cancelled the prompt to purchase, you are put in a state that doesn't allow you to purchase the items.
