Light speed Token

I was looking to inquire about the tier 7 light speed Token in the store and clicked on "Tap for Price". It gave me a message that the purchase was taking too long and that if I am charged then the item would appear in my inbox. The token did not appear so I checked the store again and it told me that the "amount received limit has already been reached."  I tried restarting the game, that particular light speed token is gone from the store now, I do not have a light speed token  and I was not charged. Not a huge deal as nothing was lost and nothing was gained but definitely frustrating as the only other light speed token for purchase now is a lower tier
