Lightspeed bundle jedi revan

Hi,

 I bought the light speed jedi revan bundle and unlocked him. Now unfortunately, I don't have access to juhani at all. You get juhani from the pack,  and should be relic 3 like the rest. I've spent 4 days in an EA help chat to get no help.
