Lightspeed bundle not showing up for other player

Guild mate purchased a bundle for me and it hasn't shown up after 2-3 hours.  Is there supposed to be a lag?  Or is this a known issue?  I'm supposed to purchase one for him, but don't want to do it ...

@eloat42 It can take up to 24 hours for purchases to complete.
