Lightspeed Token

I purchased a kyber Empire Lightspeed Token on 21 October and didn’t receive it! I’ve been on the in game help section trying to resolve this ever since but all I’m getting is a different person asking me the same questions and generally replying with nonsense every day. Apparently I received crystals instead but I don’t know how many I already had so I have no idea if that’s correct? If I wanted crystals I would have bought them! I just want what I actually purchased if there’s any help out there?
