loaned unit era levels not increasing

Hello there,

After collecting the loaned characters calendar i got 100 era currency, after restarting the game it say i claimed the 5 lvls but they did not increase. Also claimed the free in store gift for 4 loaned unit era levels and did not get an increase in era level. Also claimed the episode pass + with the bonus free gift and the loaned unit era levels are only level 5.
