Login issues

Try the following workaround:

1. Sign out of Google Play.
2. Load the game as a guest account.
3. You might need to complete the onboarding tutorial. 
4. Once completed, go to settings > connect > Import account
5. Use your email address and complete account owner verification.
6. It should reboot the game and load your account.

Same here. Android. 24hrs plus since I've been able to log in.  Bad timing with Conquest going on

On the bright side, that did work. The problem is I also have an alt account (with several critical platoons for my guild). Once I linked the EA account to main, hooray I could access it, but any attempt to repeat the same process to switch accounts, did not work. And if i tried to unlink the account, I got an error message that says, no, you cannot unlink account. Also all these account switching attempts require one-time codes, and eventually I got an error message for "failed to send code" which i have no idea what thats about (maybe it saw the frequency of codes and shut it down for security reasons?).

So yeah. Workaround is better than nothing. But please treat this like, I dont know, an error with webstore purchases that is affecting your bottom line and prompts an all-hands-on-deck response. Because clearly this is a widespread issue for the many of us that use Google Play to log in.

I have no idea how to sign out of Google play while on my cell phone. I'm literally always logged in for my email. Can't do anything like that. Reinstalls and cache clearing does nothing. Think this would be solved inside of 24 hours, since this bug has happened multiple times

I have already downgraded my review in the store. I've been playing since first release. I'm going to get my guild involved to downgrade as well. Still no help from EA.
