I am the leader of the guild where this account is.
I can confirm that the OP has been with us since March 2022 and he always had daily activity in the game until about 1 month ago when the problem occurred on his device.
At this stage, the account has not been used for more than 1 month due to the problem identified in this thread.
I believe it can be easily proven that the account belongs to the same person, so the issue here is the need to manually associate the game account with the owner's email or EA account (as it is not possible to do so using the automatic methods available).
