Losing action buttons + game locking up during P3 of Sith Raid

Summarize your bug During the Sith Raid (and within a few other modes too - territory wars is an example) the game will lock up and the action buttons down the right hand side will disappear. The menu button will also become greyed out and the game is unplayable apart from the in game chat where all I can do is whine to my guild mates that it has locked up again.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Entered P3 Tier 7 of Sith raid with Wedge Led team with Biggs, Commander Luke, Raid Han and General Kenobi. This bug happened most recently when Biggs called assists to finish off the third lightsabre in phase 3 of the Sith raid; Darth Treya became stunned and then the game locked up.

During the Sith Raid (and within a few other modes too - territory wars is an example) the game will lock up and the action buttons down the right hand side will disappear. The menu button will also become greyed out and the game is unplayable apart from the in game chat where all I can do is whine to my guild mates that it has locked up again.

Hi all,

Thanks for the report. We have this flagged as a bug and have released a speculative fix for it, but as it seems, it is still occurring and we are still investigating it's root cause.

I just had that problem too. Was not paying attention to Traya's turn bar, but maybe she was full or next to go so game glitched?

has locked up 4 times today. Phase 3 battle with traya. Had to exit game and restart. Was using nightsisters with Mother Talzin in lead twice. Also locked up when usind sith with Vader in lead and whe using Jedi with Yoda in lead.

Another report and some other reports in the links in the last comment. Definitely happening the most in P3 of STR, not sure if only contained to there though

Second Time with JTR ans Friends - it happened every time R2 was killed and the team caused over 7% damage

@CG_MindTricks Any update on this? Just happened to me again very frustrating, this should really be prioritized I think, lost my whole attack again was down to timer 2.
I think (not totally sure) it might happen most often when you knock Traya down
Edit - And it just happened to me AGAIN, so twice in a row. This STR is frustrating enough and rewards are not even worth it so this is just kicking me when down

Had this glitch happen 3 times in the last T7 sith raid. Caused me to waste hours...(have had this happen in the past as well). You can change the target when this happens, still access the chat, click the auto button( but clicking it doesn't do anything, i.e. you still dont attack.) Also able to change the x1 x2 x4 button. Nothing. I tried leaving the app on for 30 minutes. It seems like once you have this your only option is to restart and lose your run.
