Lost 3000 Crystals to app lag

Hi, I was upgrading the G12 on CX-2 and bought the furnaces for MK2 Guild tokens, the app lagged as it has been doing lately and when I looked again I had bought the 3K crystal pack for the furnaces. Any way to have that worked out? I didn't need them as I had just bought the last 5 for MK2, and I was saving the crystals for the next marquee.
