Summarize your bug I successfully finished Jabba Tier 3 and after the battle my client said it needed to restart. After restart my dark side currency was gone but I didn't get the shards as reward.

Hi @C0BR4cH, and thank you for the report.
We've checked the logs available to us and according to them, you completed Tier 3 of Jabbas Ultimate Journey successfully two times, in 2 attempts, and therefore collected all character shards from that Tier. You have one attempt left at Tier 4 which will provide you with the required shards to unlock GL Jabba The Hutt.
