I can't access my account for a week. My account is like a new account, all my data has been deleted EA Help still hasn't communicated properly. Please help.

To double-check, when you say you can't access the account, can you confirm if you can load up the game and play, but can't see your progress or data? Was your account backed up to the Game Center/Play Store beforehand?
If you can't load the game at all, could you please share a bit more? What happens when you try to log in? Are you getting an error message?

I can enter the game, but unfortunately my account has been reset as a new user. My profile is visible from my other accounts, my Google achievements are visible, there is no problem with my email. As a result, when I enter the game, all my data is gone as if it was a new account .account is also linked to

It was backed up on Google, but now when I log in with the same email address, it shows up as a new account. It's like I'm starting from scratch. I have two other accounts in the same guild, and I still see my account, but I can't access it.I tried it from another device but it was still the same but it was linked to my other accounts.EA Help only sends automated messages. I don't think they even look at the emails I send.
