I’m on a IOS account. I’ve deleted the app numerous times, reinstalled it, shut down my phone, tried different wifi places, and still the game will not open! I even went Cellular!
It downloads 77% on the opening screen, but will not go any further! When the game tries to “loading cantina” it just sits there and does nothing! It’s been like this since 1pm Australian Time, and it is now 10:47pm Australian time, and still the issue has persisted!
I cannot load the game! My guild had a Territory War today, the raid was coming to an end, and due to this issue, I now face the scrutiny of being booted from my guild, all because of this issue! I missed my payouts, missed my free energy log ins, missed everything!
Now I have a GAC in the morning and I know that this will not be fixed in time! I expect to be compensated for this, as my device is working fine, your game is not! My ally code is 375-283-423
Like I say, other apps are working perfectly fine. Netflix, Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, Discord, and even Marvel Strike Force work fine! Why is SWGOH always such an issue?

Update: Still doesn’t load at all and is stuck on loading cantina on my phone. However I found out my ipad still works when accessing the game so I have been using that to play. Quite the inconvenience but if others have another device please try them
