Hi! Going through the same issues right now. Data and cache clearing are not working. Restarting or re-installing don't work either. No solution so far.

Yes, I tried reinstalling. Still stuck in (kid mode) zero account linkage although the year I chose was way past age 18. I am still stuck in the 310mb incomplete update which stubbornly does not want to use mobile internet.
