I finished playing last night and gone back to sleep, but when I opened SWGOH, my account was gone, I reinstalled the app, but it only starts on the beginning of the game, I can't see the guest mode and "Have an account?" button, I even searched those in settings but the game only forces me to start over again. I was on lvl 82 and I played nearly every day. I'm not going to start from the beginning. Any developers present, please help me...
Same has happenned to me. I was plating yesterday. Opened today and it loaded the begginer tutorial. No option to link to account. Tried uninstalling and all that. Still only has me as guest account.
Usually after closing it and opening it again it would ask me to link to an account on tje loading screen but not this time
Real....too many people are experiencing the same problem....i uninstalled and reinstalled too many times and still no avail, through google play show that i have my progress but it still concerns me
Same here. Noticed it last night around 11pm EST. Logging me in as a starter account. My original account still shows here at the website but I can't get into the game. Deleted and reloaded but it didn't change. I submitted a ticket.
Edit.... Just checked iPad and I can still login correctly there. Maybe Android exclusive problem?
Same here. Android.
My SWGOH android app was automatically updated in play store, but the game got hung up on not being able to connect to wifi for additional download updates. (Why are we still checking for wifi vs mobile broadband internet access? Are exorbitant roaming charges still bothering us?). I am guessing... maybe that incomplete update made the app mess up all our +18 age settings, thus breaking account linkage.
I am currently mainly on mobile broadband at home especially over the weekends until I finish moving into the new place.
Yeah exact same problem here. I've had it in the past and fixed by deleting the app, clearing caches and reinstalling, but no luck this time.
If that Hutt bump me one more time.... Please fix the have account issue on Android google EA!
Same happening to me too. Spent way too much money to start over and hopefully it gets soon. Any way to submit tickets or IT something?
