When loading, the game does not connect to Google Play Services and goes straight to a level 1 account! I tried erasing the cache, i did even erase game data but nothing works! And nobody bothered making an announcement or fix the issue.. this is frustrating
Several other users report the same issue. Started yesterday around the evening.

I have the exact same issue. It all started when I purchased the ascension conquest energy and the game crashed. I got charged and never received the bonus energy. EA heko adviced me to erase the game cache, reboot my device and log in again. I've been getting a new starter account ever since and any attempts to log in via EA account end up in failure. I can still log in from my PC but not from my android mobile. And they still haven't given me the conquest energy I paid for. EA heko has been silent ever since. Utterly unprofessional on their part.
Same here I'm able to get into my local copy of my lower account however there is no chat and no Google switching anything. Seems like this always happens right in the middle of a Guild event. Has anybody heard any updates on this yet is it's getting ridiculous this is the second time what in 3 months or less
