When loading, the game does not connect to Google Play Services and goes straight to a level 1 account! I tried erasing the cache, i did even erase game data but nothing works! And nobody bothered making an announcement or fix the issue.. this is frustrating

Same here, been over 24hrs and cant get back to the game no matter what I try!
