The swgoh game loads but can not read data from Google play.  Swgoh forces me to start as a brand new player.  Google play data shows up on other games though so wondering if it is an EA connectivity issue?

Same issue since yesterday. I cleared the gane cache, after being advised to do so by EA help for another problem I had, and the game starts on a new account and won't let me connect to my main one. I've tried uninstalling and installing, doing the intro as a new account and then trying to log with my EA credentials, and nothing works. All this during TB, conquest and whist my guild is running the raid. I'm losing on so much stuff it's extremely frustrating.
