For what we lose, while not playing, they won't give us anything worth the down time. We loss out on guild deployment, daily rewards, events from yesterday and maybe today, this is way people left the game. As a day 1 player with 2 accounts over 10 million. This sucks

The technical issues do seem to occur often.  Without quick redress, I'm afraid more people will become frustrated and drop swgoh.  As a matter of practice, I hope they can do better moving forward.  Otherwise, this is a losing business model....
