I need help from someone, I went to go into galaxy of heros yesterday, and my entire game has been reset, I've lost all of my progress, all of my characters, gems... Everything. My name has changed and I'm level 2. I'm not sure if this is some sort of a glitch or if my gaming profile has been hacked or something. If anyone can advise me that would be amazing.
