I'm currently also experiencing the same connection issues that everyone else seems to be experiencing. I'm not able to sign into my account via Google Play or otherwise, and I can only play as a Lvl 1 guest account. I can still play on PC, but it's not ideal.

Anyways, I wanted to ask the following questions to help with troubleshooting:

  1. Has anyone succeeded in signing into their account on mobile?
  2. Has anyone received any response whatsoever from EA?
  3. Is there anyone on android who is currently not experiencing this issue?

I'm hoping this gets resolved asap, it's embarassing for EA honestly and I'm seriously thinking about quitting if it continues.
