I can enter the game, but unfortunately my account has been reset as a new user. My profile is visible from my other accounts, my Google achievements are visible, there is no problem with my email. As a result, when I enter the game, all my data is gone as if it was a new account .account is also linked to

Ok, you may be able to recover the progress. Was your game backed up before the loading issues happened?

I'm having the same issue. Pc client works but on mobile it will not trigger the Google play sign in. I've tried linking through ea connect after passing the tutorial and getting to level 5. My account is backed up and still exists. Is this a widespread bug?
