Lost Account After Accidentally Unlinking It

Question

Hello, I've accidentally unlinked my main SWGOH account while trying to create a new account.

I accidentally linked the new account to my EA Account and Google Play Account without realising that doing so would unlink my main account.

I've tried contacting EA Help through the in-game support system, but I haven't been able to get in contact with an EA Advisor yet.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to retrieve my original Player ID, but my Ally Code is 545-171-597. I have also made an in-game purchase on this account before, so I can provide its purchase receipt or other information if needed to verify ownership.

If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how I can get this escalated to an EA Advisor, I'd really appreciate the help.

Your main account should still exist, but unfortunately the only solution is through EA Support. If EA doesn’t respond or refuses to help, there isn’t really anything you can do from your side. Your Ally Code and purchase receipts should help them verify and recover the account.

I hope you’re able to recover your account, but as a piece of advice, I wouldn’t post your Player ID publicly.
