Lost account

Hello I've already gone through the app for help and I'm hoping i get help quicker on here ive got 2 account on swgoh 2 different emails I've accidentally linked my free to play account and can't get onto my payed account, dont know how that possible considering the 2 different emails so both emails now only log onto the 1 free to play account
