Lost match due to glitch

In the last two months this glitch keeps happening. Mostly it only appeared in fleet arena, until right now. Because of this glitch was unable to beat this fleet. I can't log back in no matter how many times I reset my data and wifi. When i eventually have to close the game it counts it as a forfeit and i cant use that team again. I spend my time and money on this game, and I don't mind losing. However, when I lose due to your system unable to register my connect it makes it very frustrating. Most likely I lost a good amount of points in grand arena because of this. I've included screenshots of this glitch. Please either fix the glitch or at least make it right. Whatever that might be, because this keeps happening.....
