I am experiencing something similar. I stopped playing back in June. Trying to return to the game. I had two accounts - very different progress. Obviously I would like to return to the larger of the two. However, in game the smaller account seems linked to one email address. When I go to the online store, my larger account is attached to that email address. Trying to get help from EA, but they make it freaking impossible to get any sort of assistance. Trying to fill in a ticket with all the details I know - Ally codes, player IDs, email address - all relevant issues. The ticket requires me to fill in what Console I am using. I for the life of me cannot figure out what to put, the input cell remains red and rejects anything I put in there. If anyone reads this rambling and can offer insight on how to get help, it would be greatly appreciated. I think not returning to the game may be the best option!!
