LS tokens ineligible for Bad Batch when they should.

Hi so I was reviewing the 10 year anniversary update and read once a toon becomes accelerated that LS tokens would be eligible to be used on them. This is clearly not the case in the game as the new Bad Batch and now Appo are accelerated however the only token I have been able to use was from the episode pass a couple weeks ago. Please let me know if this is intended and when they will become eligible or fix the issue. Thank you CG I know you’re busy but please reply as soon as you can.
